A seasoned entrepreneur with extensive expertise in the Real Estate and wealth management industries. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from IBS Hyderabad. He has been active in the real estate market for a significant amount of time. A lifestyle is shown in his work, and Narasimha is committed to the notion of creating places people enjoy living.

Mr. V. Madhu is an I.A.S officer (retd), with about 33 years of experience under the Government of Karnataka. He is a Gold Medalist in B.Sc. and M.Sc. He is also a Management Professional with an MBA, from a foreign University.
After a few years’ stay at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai, he joined the IAS in 1978. He has held many responsible positions, namely, Principal Secretary, Infrastructure, Revenue, Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, Secretary in Finance / Education, Managing Director - Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation, Lt, Managing Director of many other PSUs, Commissioner - Commercial Taxes, Dy. Commissioner and District Magistrate: Mangalore / Hassan Districts.
In 2011, V. Madhu, took VRS from Government service and joined Provident Housing Ltd, a subsidiary of PURAVANKARA Ltd, Bengaluru and later other private companies. Under his charge, about 9 million Sqft of residential accommodation was built.
He has developed expertise in Land Laws, Law and Order, General management, Urban transport, Rural development, Project Management, Rate Analysis, Project Cost estimation, Viability analysis of Projects through IRR/ NPV and understanding of important IS Codes.
